People die and Yuna dances. When will she stop dancing?
— Final Fantasy X · 2001
Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
Tidus watches Yuna perform the Sending after a devastating encounter with Sin. The contrast between the deaths and her quiet dance makes him question the burden she carries. His concern begins to turn from understanding the pilgrimage toward wanting her suffering to end.
