Behind the line

What it means

Our interpretation.

Reserve promises protection, but this judgment sees a cost in keeping other people at a distance. Attraction needs something of the person to become visible. The contrast puts emotional safety beside the risk of connection, asking whether complete guardedness leaves enough room for affection to begin.
