Leia says it to Han in Cloud City's carbon-freezing chamber, where Vader has decided to test the process on him before freezing Luke. Han kisses her, she tells him she loves him, and he answers with a simple "I know" before he is frozen in carbonite. The frozen Han is then handed to the bounty hunter Boba Fett, to be delivered to Jabba the Hutt.
