Would ya look at the size of that kid's head! It's a virtual planetoid and it has it's own weather system! Looks like an orange on a toothpick!
Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
An exaggerated comic description of a child's oversized head. Calling it a planetoid with its own weather system is deliberate hyperbole, and the finishing image, an orange on a toothpick, gives the picture a sharp, silly punchline about proportions.
