Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
Ringo treats the duel as a test of personal growth. The welcome is unsettling because the clarity he offers depends on accepting his violent rules.

In Steel Ball Run chapter 35, Ringo’s duel with Gyro brings their competing ideas of resolve into focus. At its end, Ringo welcomes Gyro into the world defined by his philosophy of direct, honest combat. This is the familiar fan-translation wording; the current JoJo Wiki renders it “Welcome… to the world of man.”
