You will buy your weather from me! And by God you'll pay for it.
Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
The speaker claims the power to sell people their weather and insists they will pay. Treating something as vast and uncontrollable as weather as a private commodity gives the threat its extravagant scale. The repeated demand turns that imagined business into an assertion of control.
