When the Grey Hair is dead, Magua will eat his heart. Before he dies, Magua will put his children under the knife, so the Grey Hair will know his seed is wiped out forever.

Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
This is a threat of total, deliberate revenge. The speaker promises to destroy the enemy's children first, so the enemy dies knowing his family line is over, and then to eat his heart. The cruelty is the point: the aim is to make the loss complete.
