I found you in hell. Don't you think I could find you in Jersey?

What it means
Our interpretation.
A devoted promise wrapped in a wry comparison: having found someone in hell, surely finding them in Jersey is easy. The joke deflates a grand, epic search by setting it against an ordinary place, while still saying the speaker won't be shaken off.
