There is no conclusive evidence of life after death. But there is no evidence of any sort against it. Soon enough you will know. So why fret about it?

This takes a calm, unbothered view of death: nobody can prove there is an afterlife, but nobody can disprove it either, and everyone finds out eventually. So worrying beforehand seems pointless. It treats uncertainty as a reason to relax rather than dread.
