Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
It is a showman's yell that is also a threat, the moment the sunny game show turns into a fight for survival. Tenna sells it with all the grin of a 1990s TV host, which is the joke and the dread at once. Fans turned it into a meme shout, the title of a boss theme that people loop for hours, and a ready-made cue to start a stream or a bad idea.

Spoilers for DeltaruneShow the scene
In Deltarune Chapter 3, Tenna, the Dreemurrs' old TV turned game-show host in the Dark World, has run two rounds of "Mr. Ant Tenna's TV Time!" with Kris, Susie and Ralsei. When Susie says they are done playing and demands Toriel back, he traps the party in custom gacha pon capsules and runs a third round, with quizzes that praise TV and battles where the only option is to ACT. Wrong answers draw his catchphrase, a shouted "IT'S! TV! TIME!", and the boss theme named after it plays.
