Darth Vader

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

Behind the line

What it means

Our interpretation.

Vader says it in a Death Star conference room to Admiral Motti, who has just mocked the Force as no match for the station, and then chokes him from across the table until Tarkin tells him to stop. In one beat the film shows that the Force is real, that Vader is feared even by his own side, and that the Empire's officers do not believe in it. Fans use it, usually as a joke, for any colleague who has doubted the plan.

Spoilers for Star Wars: Episode IV - A New HopeShow the scene

In a Death Star conference room, Admiral Motti boasts about the battle station's power, and Vader warns him that destroying a planet is insignificant next to the power of the Force. Motti sneers at his sad devotion to that ancient religion and starts choking mid-sentence as Vader slowly raises a hand. When Tarkin orders him to release Motti, Vader answers "As you wish" and lets him drop.
