I believe totally in a Capitalist System, I only wish that someone would try it.
Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
The speaker professes total belief in a capitalist system, then undercuts it with the quip that they only wish someone would try it. The joke suggests the real thing has never been practised, and that what people call capitalism falls short of the principle.
