Greetings tree, I am your sprinkler.

Behind the line

What it means

Our interpretation.

The speaker greets a tree as though it were a person, then introduces themselves as its sprinkler. The deadpan formality is absurd and slightly tender: a plain watering role is given a courteous ceremony, as if the plant were owed a proper introduction.
