Cartman is warning himself, and he is so used to ignoring everyone, himself included, that he hangs up on his own advice. It is a quick joke about impatience and a kid who can never be talked out of a plan. Fans quote the line as the dramatic warning you give someone who is clearly not going to listen.

South Park, "Go God Go XII" (season 10, aired 8 November 2006), the closing scene. Cartman has spent the two-part story frozen and stranded 500 years in the future after trying to skip the wait for a Nintendo Wii. In the final scene a store clerk tells him someone is on the phone for him. The caller is Cartman the Time Child, ringing from a different future, who urges him not to do whatever he is about to do and to be patient and wait the two months. Cartman answers with an insult and hangs up.
