Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
A greeting becomes a threat before it becomes a conversation. The collective 'we' makes the visitor feel watched by an institution, while the final insult removes any pretence of courtesy. It captures the mixture of grandeur and hostility that makes the Ordinators memorable.

Spoilers for The Elder Scrolls III: MorrowindShow the scene
In The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (2002), this is one of the Ordinators' voiced greetings. The Tribunal Temple's armoured guards can turn an innocent walk through Vivec into an encounter with suspicion. There is no single confrontation to reconstruct: the warning is a repeatable part of meeting these gold-masked enforcers.
