Old man, you give those dogs another piece of my food and I’m gonna kick you ’til you’re dead!

Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
Rose threatens to kick the man to death if he gives the dogs another piece of her food. The line expresses violent hostility over sharing food, without establishing that she carries out the threat.
