I just know, before this is over, I'm gonna need a whole lot of serious therapy. Look at my eye twitchin'.

Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
The speaker predicts a need for serious therapy before the situation is over, then points to a twitching eye as evidence of strain. The line makes distress sound both immediate and anticipated. Its comic force comes from pairing a sweeping prediction with one small visible sign.
