I drove past a gas station the other day. There were two signs in the window; "Help Wanted", "Self Service". So, I went in and hired myself. Made myself the boss. I took all the money and I left.

Wright plays a job notice and a self-service sign against each other. He hires himself, becomes his own boss, then takes the money and leaves. The joke is the deadpan logic that turns a loophole into a crime.
