In Game of Thrones season six episode eight, “No One,” Lancel and the Faith Militant demand that Cersei come with them. When he warns that the alternative is violence, she accepts that alternative with the Mountain at her side. The short reply precedes his attack; the card does not reproduce the violence itself.
