What it means

Our interpretation.

The small appetite that made Sasha funny survives into her last moment. Her friends recognise the person they knew in a word that should have belonged to an ordinary meal.

Spoilers for Attack on TitanShow the scene

On the airship escaping Liberio, Sasha’s companions try to save her after Gabi shoots her. Her last word is reported again by Connie, making its everyday familiarity part of the loss. Chapter 105 becomes episode 67, “Assassin’s Bullet”; the Japanese word is “niku,” meaning meat, rather than the fan theory that she says Niccolo’s name.
