At Enies Lobby, Spandam invokes the World Government’s flag to insist that Robin’s rescuers cannot win. Luffy tells Sogeking to shoot it down, making the crew’s willingness to oppose the government unmistakable. Chapter 398 becomes episode 278; the famous fan wording uses “shoot down,” while the archived subtitles say “Shoot through that flag.”
