She's two-thirds of a Rice Krispie Treat. She's already snapped, and crackled, and she's ready for the final pop.

Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
The speaker compares a woman to a Rice Krispie Treat that has already snapped and crackled, so only the final pop remains. It is a jokey way of saying she is badly frayed and close to breaking down completely.
