Kira introduces himself to Shigechi during the “Yoshikage Kira Just Wants to Live Quietly” arc, in Diamond is Unbreakable episode 21 and manga chapter 345. His long account of his address, work and daily routine frames a serial killer’s desire to avoid scrutiny as ordinary good sense. The ellipsis on this card marks the omitted middle of the familiar English copypasta, joining its opening to the quiet-life sentence; the dub uses different wording.
