Throw me a frickin' bone here. I'm the boss. Need the info.
Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
The returning boss is thirty years behind and takes it out on his staff. Dr. Evil's frozen schemes are out of date, and he turns Number Two's correction into an insult to his own authority. "Throw me a bone" and "I'm the boss" are what fans reach for when a manager blames the team for not briefing them, and it sets up the running gag that each new plan is already stale.

Spoilers for Austin Powers: International Man of MysteryShow the scene
At Dr. Evil's first meeting after being unfrozen, at the long table in his lair, he announces a plan: blackmail the British Royal Family by making it seem Prince Charles had an affair outside marriage and would have to divorce. Number Two clears his throat to say that Charles did have an affair, admitted it, and is now divorced. Dr. Evil, who has been frozen for thirty years, says people have to tell him these things: "Throw me a frickin' bone here. I'm the boss. Need the info." His second plan, a hole in the ozone layer, is also already done, so he moves on to a third.
