Just once, I’d like things to go according to the gorram plan!

Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
This is a tired, exasperated wish: just one time, things should go the way they were laid out. The mock-swearing adds colour to the frustration. It captures how it feels when plans keep falling apart and the speaker longs for a single smooth, uneventful run.
