Original artwork, not a still
I wanna thank little baby Jesus, who's sittin' in his crib watchin the Baby Einstein developmental videos, learnin' 'bout shapes and colors.
Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
The thanks address Jesus as a baby engaged in learning shapes and colours from videos. Familiar details of infant care enter a statement of religious gratitude. The unusual combination makes the prayer comic by giving its sacred addressee a highly specific, ordinary childhood activity.
