Leslie is staking out her teenage nemesis, Greg Pikitis, to stop him vandalising the town's statue, while Ann hosts a Halloween party that starts out dull until Tom turns the living room into a dance floor. April, the bored parks department intern, is at that party. She grumbles that she turned down a better one to come, and the party ends up winning her over.
