I put the grrrr in swinger, baby!
Behind the line
What it means
Our interpretation.
It is Austin's swagger in one pun: the frozen hipster believes that he is every bit as feral and charming as he was in 1967, while the audience knows he has lost his mojo. The "grrr" is both a growl and a bad joke, and fans use it to brag about anything, usually ironically.
